Evaluation

Bladder problems we care for include:

• Urinary Tract infection
• Urge incontinence
• Stress incontinence
• Mixed incontinence
• Prolapse of the bladder

Urodynamic Bladder testing is available in office and is often the most effective method for evaluating urinary incontinence. Testing often avoids mistreatment and provides greater assurance of beneficial care.

Treatment

The treatment of bladder conditions can be medical or surgical depending on the diagnosis. Treatment may include:

• Antibiotics
• Medication for urgency
• Kegel exercises (special exercises for stress incontinence)
• Bladder training and biofeedback
• Surgical treatment for incontinence.
